Custom Inventory Tracking System (Public Health)

Led design and development for a distributed ASP.NET C# inventory system for tracking distribution of public health related inventory by state and local governments in the event of an emergency. System was designed to work in a connected or disconnected environment through use of a custom message broker. System included access by multiple role levels with different privileges and integrated alert notifications for critical events. System provided web service interfaces and reports for inventory tracking.
