Microsoft CRM 3.0 Client Services Solution (Healthcare Staffing)
Microsoft 3.0 CRM implementation used to track customer service for a large healthcare staffing firm. System was implemented to consolidate data from various existing systems and track incidents and follow up calls for more than 100,000 employees. Implemented custom web services in C# .NET to display real-time data from existing enterprise system side by side with CRM managed data. Developed strategy to manage system build and deployment process.
